  • 1 cup grape Juice = 2 pts

Total = 11pts

Lunch:

  • sandwhich on Wheat = 8.25 pts
  • carrots = 0 pts

Total = 8.25 pts

Snack:

  • Banana = 2 pts

Dinner:

  • 1 1/2 Fish fillets = 5.25
  • Mixed veggies = 2
  • 1 Potatoe = 2 pts

Total = 9.25 pts

Grand Total = 30.5 pts

Exercise - 1 hour of total workout time:
