Good job! Alright you guys! I'm really happy we are keeping up with this. I thought this was going to be one of those things that would fade away, but really, good idea Billy!
I'm hoping the hunger feeling will eventually go away. Like a smokers need to have cig, I wonder if the body recognizes that hey, you know, I'm not receiving a lot of food on a regular basis, I should adjust some things? One can only hope. Spending so much time at home in the evenings I find all I want to do is snack. I think it’s a struggle at first, but those habits will go away. We hung my acoustic guitar on the wall in the living room, which was a good idea. Every time I go for a snack I look at the guitar and decide to play it instead of eat.
