The Plan

Teanne and I have been talking about loosing weight for a long stinkin' time. We found out that despite the calories we burn from our moving lips, we are still FAT! It's finally time to do something drastic, and drastic times call for drastic measures. So we are inviting everyone to check in and see our day to day progress.

So here is the plan: we will be using the weight watchers point system to control our portions. Billy is allowed 32 points on non-workout days and 38 points on workout days. Teanne is allowed 28 Points on non-workout days and 34 points on workout days.

So, Everyday we will be posting our daily food journal (with total points) and what we did for exercise. We also have weight loss tickers at the top of this blog, to keep track of our weight loss. So eveyone please leave your comments and keep us motivated!

Go Billy and Teanne! Hopping on the weight loss train! Woooo Wooooooo. What is that I see, sausage? Since when does sausage enter a diet plan? What are we doing Atkins or Weight Watchers? :-) j/k. Just remember, FAT does not mean fabulous and thick... What are you waiting for?! Start walking that fat off!

I think you are brave to post all of this but I also think it's a good idea because you are more accountable for your weight loss. Keep it going and good luck!
