Basically all the same as Billy, although portions were slightly different and I didn't have a chance to grab a snack.
So my total points for the day is: 21
Exercise: Walk & Usana work out video- 30 min. of arms (lifting/toning), and Abs
*Ok, I just found out today that Billy had the right # for how many points he can have every day, but mine was off- which I was wondering about- it seemed really high. Anyway I should actually be staying between 20-25. So I did good today! Yay! Today is the first day that I've posted and felt good about it. It feels so good to know that we are concentrating so much on what we eat now, and really making an effort. That salad we had for lunch was delicous! I just loved it. I don't usually eat salad as much as I should, but I'm going to be doing better. Today, I just felt so good physically and I felt good about myself that we are starting to be healthier. ... So from now on I'll be staying between 20-25 points.

Good job Teanne! I knew you could do it! Don't lose your motivation. If I know Billy, he'll do this for a week or two and just let it go. It's going to be especially hard with the holiday season approaching! hahaha, I'm writing this as I'm eating Reese's Pieces. Just as long as all points are accounted for right? Keep it up!
