The Blogging Diet

It has been published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, that out of 1,685 overweight/obese men and women; those writiting down what they ate every day lost twice as much weight as those not documenting their meals. We wanted to take this a little further and document everything: diet, exercise, weight tracking, and before/after pictures for everyone to see.
